Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Group-wide operational risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and governance structures
  • Lead risk assessments across business units, including outsourcing, IT, compliance, HR, and business continuity domains
  • Oversee operational risk reporting to Boards, Risk Committees, and regulators. Ensure timely escalation of incidents and emerging risks
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as DORA, Solvency II, and local outsourcing guidelines
  • Supervise the investigation and remediation of operational incidents and near misses. Promote transparent reporting and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and Audit functions to ensure integrated risk oversight
  • Coordinate with Covéa’s operational risk department and ensure alignment of key metrics
