Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global compensation policy that balances internal equity with market competitiveness
Design and manage benefits programs across offices to support attraction and retention
Lead the annual salary and bonus review cycles, ensuring fairness and alignment with performance and strategy
Drive our equity and stock option strategy to reflect the company’s growth stage and long-term goals
Support and facilitate the adoption and integration of Workday for compensation and benefits processes and policies
Build and maintain a consistent global job architecture, including job grading and career paths
Analyze compensation data, benchmark against the market, and provide insights to leadership
Collaborate with Finance on cost analyses and salary mass simulations, promoting data-driven decisions
Drive communication strategies to ensure employees understand reward programs and changes
Define and oversee international mobility policies and practices to support cross-border talent needs
Monitor market trends and legal requirements to ensure competitive, compliant, and best-in-class compensation and benefits practices
Manage the Total Rewards team (2 people), driving impact while mentoring team members and embracing strong leadership values
