Requirements

Candidates must possess an extensive, current, and global network of executive talent and industry contacts. Proven experience in leadership/executive search with a track record of placing C-suite or VP-level candidates, preferably in the deep-tech startup/scaleup ecosystem, is required. Deep expertise in designing and implementing structured interviewing methodologies that support consistent hiring effectiveness, bar-raiser practices, candidate experience, and scalability is essential. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to partner effectively across the organization and gain buy-in from senior leaders. Prior proven signal in effective and productive remote work is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Head of Talent will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy for a new in-house leadership/executive search function, introducing it to the organization, and shaping the company culture by attracting and hiring top leaders. This includes leveraging and expanding their network to source and attract top-tier talent globally, partnering with leadership to define key roles and candidate profiles, and conducting market research. The role involves developing and implementing a world-class leadership search function from scratch, establishing structured interviewing best practices, building the talent brand and pipelines, and managing the end-to-end search process for critical leadership roles. Additionally, the Head of Talent will mentor Talent Partners, collaborate with the People Team on roadmap initiatives, and serve as a thought leader for scaling the talent function.
