Elite Sciborg leader to oversee EMEA region, with all Scientific Business Analysts and Scientific Data Architects reporting to you
Customer-centric with ability to see-around-the-corner and passion for delivering value in the high-inertia Life Sciences industry
Embody principles of extreme ownership
Demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing delivery or engagement teams
Demonstrable experience managing critical team activities and consistently delivering complex data solutions in challenging scenarios
Player-coach (not a spectator) and forward-deployed captain
Extreme self-discipline and determination for category creation and evangelism phase (not siloed people manager)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Scientific Business Analysts and Scientific Data Architects
Establish TetraScience as the Scientific Data and AI thought leader with Life Science customers
Develop and execute a comprehensive scientific delivery motion to drive faster time-to-value, high customer satisfaction, and meet annual renewal targets
Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Work closely with product teams to drive scientific business outcomes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, positioning TetraScience as a thought leader
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and network expansion within accounts
Lead by example, coach team for career development, and inspire best work
Employ analytical and EQ skills to generate insights from customers’ data strategies and actions
Travel to customer locations frequently, dependent on account and team needs
