Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of your business unit across the French market — delivering an exceptional experience for users while building a strong and sustainable foundation for Deliveroo’s growth
  • Define strategic priorities, build roadmaps, and make financial decisions, owning the P&L for your market
  • Lead local field teams (SDRs and Business Development Associates) who help grow Deliveroo’s presence across France
  • Develop people and build high-performing, resilient teams
  • Design and refine business processes — for example, developing new reporting tools to guide data-driven decisions and unlock growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the Management, Finance & Strategy, Central, and Commercial teams in France to launch new products and processes across your scope
