Requirements

Candidates must have a strong background in quality engineering, reliability testing, and manufacturing process control with a proven track record of implementing scalable quality systems. A deep understanding of quality and reliability fundamentals, particularly in deterministic digital manufacturing, is essential. Experience with ISO 9001 compliance and various reliability testing methods such as HALT/HASS, ESS, environmental testing, and life testing is required.

Responsibilities

The Head of Quality & Reliability will lead the quality organization, setting the quality vision and implementing processes to ensure product performance, manufacturability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing the company's quality and reliability strategy across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support, establishing and maintaining the QMS, leading the MRB process, defining reliability testing plans, and ensuring closed feedback loops for data-driven improvements.
