As a Director of Engineering, Sensor Quality, the individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a quality engineering strategy that validates CrowdStrike products against real-world customer environments, focusing on comprehensive testing across all features, operating systems, and prevalent third-party applications. They will also oversee a test framework and methodology to drive robust E2E validation, collaborate with release teams, conduct stress, performance, and longevity testing, lead root cause analysis and feedback efforts, and collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, and operations teams. Furthermore, they will define and track quality KPIs, identify and mitigate risks, and lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing quality engineering team.
