Requirements

Expert knowledge of Accenture pricing, client engagement, and finance systems
Ability to develop strategies to work with systems and alleviate backlog in critical requirements
Capability to manage workflows during rapid growth while delivering creative and client service
Skills to act as interlock between Accenture reporting requirements and agency activity
Experience building trusting relationships with external ops teams (e.g., Accenture Ops)
Ability to educate external teams on agency ways of working and internal teams on new processes
Competence in creating new efficient systems and assisting with on-boarding processes

Responsibilities

Oversee entire production process from planning to final delivery, ensuring efficiency, budget adherence, and quality standards
Conduct strategic planning and manage production schedules
Oversee staff and control budgets
Ensure compliance with regulations
Coordinate with departments like logistics and engineering
Be the key point of contact for Accenture Ops team and develop/agree ways of working that interface easily with their systems
Build trusting relationships with Accenture Ops team and educate them on agency operations
Educate The Monkeys team on new ways of doing things and ensure proper adherence
Assist in creating new systems for efficiency
Help manage on-boarding processes
Provide production support to the production team when time allows
Share information and build relationships with the broader ANZ Monkeys team
Contribute to building the culture of The Monkeys Aotearoa
