Requirements

Expertise in global regulatory requirements for crypto products, including US CFTC, US FinCEN, MFSA MiCA, UK FCA, SG MAS, Dubai VARA, and others
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, market abuse, investor protection, and consumer safeguards
Experience conducting compliance risk assessments, pre-launch reviews, and evaluations of product changes
Ability to assess evolving global regulatory landscapes and cross-border impacts
Proficiency in embedding compliance into product lifecycles from ideation to post-launch monitoring
Strategic advisory skills to partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams
Capability to design and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures

Responsibilities

Lead compliance oversight for OKX’s product offerings, ensuring compliance with global regulations and internal risk frameworks
Embed compliance into the product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, and post-release monitoring
Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across all products
Establish a comprehensive product compliance framework for existing and new crypto products
Act as a trusted advisor to product and business teams, integrating compliance into design and operations
Conduct thorough compliance risk assessments for new product launches and significant updates
Monitor evolving global regulatory landscapes and assess impacts on product offerings
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives
Design and implement the product compliance framework with end-to-end risk coverage
Develop policies and procedures for product development, including regulatory reviews and approvals
Perform pre-launch compliance assessments for new products and changes related to AML/CFT, sanctions, market abuse, investor protection, and consumer safeguards
Ensure products meet applicable global regulations (e.g., US CFTC, US FinCEN, MFSA MiCA, UK FCA, SG MAS, Dubai VARA)
Evaluate cross-border regulatory impacts and guide product localization strategies
Serve as primary compliance advisor to product managers throughout the development lifecycle
Partner with compliance advisory, regulatory compliance, legal, and risk teams
