Responsibilities

Culture Leadership - 40%: Model core values; provide culture insights; coach leaders; set and model team operating norms; lead communication and engagement strategies (e.g., weekly calls, rituals, Annual Retreat); oversee bi-annual culture survey and analyses; set agenda for positive workplace culture; manage cross-functional efforts; serve as culture ambassador; build employer brand
Talent Planning & Development - 30%: Set and oversee People vision, priorities, goals, and strategies; oversee workforce-needs projections for headcount, resources, structure, and rewards; oversee annual analysis of compensation, performance, retention, and promotion; ensure innovative, sustainable People policies aligned with best practices; provide strategic oversight of HR operations (employee relations, benefits, compliance); ensure compliance with labor laws; evaluate and implement People infrastructure (PEO, LMS, ATS, HRIS) with utilization procedures
Organizational Strategic Leadership and Advising - 30%: Set strategic vision and priorities for talent work with 3–5 year outlook; participate in and guide leadership conversations on strategic priorities; ensure talent management integration; coach and develop teammates, especially managers, on People matters
