Requirements

  • Deep experience in partnership management within SaaS at a startup or scale-up
  • Proven success creating reseller and integrated partnerships that drive business outcomes
  • Hands-on, experimental mindset—used to rolling up sleeves, not from a huge partnership machine
  • Experience working across geographies, including Japanese and European markets
  • Comfort using CRM and partner management tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strategic vision combined with a bias for execution and continuous improvement
  • Excel at building trust and driving momentum in 1:1 partnerships
  • Opinionated view of how modern partner ecosystems should work (deal recognition, enablement, partner portals)
  • Excited by AI and its potential to transform work
  • Value collaboration and accountability in a global, async-first environment
  • Eligible to work in US, Canada, or UK

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development and execution of partnership channel system
  • Manage relationships with integrated partners, resellers, and strategic collaborators
  • Lead creation of strategic, integrated partnerships with large enterprise clients
  • Report directly to Chief Sales Officer and shape global partner strategy
  • In first 2 months: Learn existing partnership ecosystem, build relationships with partners and stakeholders, craft partner engagement and enablement strategy, define KPIs
  • By 4 months: Demonstrate measurable partnership-driven impact, refine onboarding, launch joint go-to-market initiatives, align with Sales, Marketing, Product
  • By 6 months+: Drive results across partnership goals, secure new high-impact partners, improve management using data/feedback, act as main link between partners and internal teams
  • Achieve KPIs: Revenue growth from partnerships, new partnerships established, partner satisfaction/retention, joint marketing/sales success, onboarding efficiency
