Requirements

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in product marketing representative or product marketing manager
  • Min. 2 years of management experience in sales or marketing organization
  • Experience of business intelligence or marketing analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement downstream marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth for infectious disease diagnostics products
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and execute go-to-market plans, sales tools, and promotional materials
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital marketing, webinars, and events
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers to enhance product visibility and credibility
  • Support product launches by developing launch plans, training materials, and coordinating launch activities
  • Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
  • Develop an organizational evolution plan of the SDG Japan marketing team to enable future success
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of entire SDG Japan marketing team; Provide effective coaching to staff to increase organizational capacity and enrich talent pipeline
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
