Responsibilities

As the Head of Health & Wellness, Zeno East, you will be responsible for leading, growing, and inspiring the East Coast Health & Wellness practice, securing and maintaining client business, providing strategic guidance, and building relationships with senior clients. You will also manage day-to-day teams, develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, advise management on risk mitigation, encourage a culture of creative excellence, manage relationship issues, generate opportunities through networking and industry events, identify and attract top talent, support the Global Health & Wellness strategy, and elevate Zeno’s presence in the US Health & Wellness space.
