Requirements

Candidates should possess significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within a start-up or fast-growth environment, and demonstrate expertise in FCA-regulated financial operations. Responsibilities

The Director of Finance will be responsible for building and developing the finance team, designing and implementing financial policies and internal controls, selecting and configuring accounting software, overseeing cash flow management, leading budgeting and forecasting, conducting financial analysis, ensuring accurate statutory reporting, managing the audit process, and maintaining compliance with FCA regulations. They will also oversee safeguarding account management and provide oversight on debt financing and securitisation activities.
