Position Overview

As the seasoned Head of Digital Manufacturing, you will direct focused innovation-driven factory digitalization initiatives. You will lead a team in executing organizational change management and digital transformation activities, including digitalizing process engineering, OT Automation, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing efforts. You will be empowered with IT Infrastructure, IT Automation and related functions also reporting into this function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an overall factory digitization strategy aligned with strategic business goals while executing a measurable, value-add driven roadmap. Fostering a collaborative team culture that excels in developing high-quality, data-driven business systems that deliver quantifiable results to strategic business objectives is a significant success measure for this position. This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform map and gap analysis to develop a strategy and roadmap for factory digitization, including return on investment analysis.
• Develop an analytics strategy across production, plant operations, and services functions.
• Assist in manufacturing capacity planning models to support the S&OP process.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve process automation, increase productivity, and efficiencies.
• Design system solutions to support lean manufacturing implementation.
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver SLAs and SLOs toward infrastructure uptime via mission critical technology services at all Atlas sites in Texas, Wyoming, Colorado etc.
• Understand technology trends that drive a digital culture, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technology team leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading and delivering multiple digitalization projects bridging the gap between OT Automation, IT, and large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, and Smart Manufacturing, with conceptual direction on how to implement these on the ground.
• Expertise in Ignition, Factory Talk, OSI PI or similar platforms.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure at the edge and corporate sites.
