Responsibilities

Report directly to the CEO and collaborate primarily with Product (8 engineers & 1 PM) and Marketing teams
Build and hire the design team of your dreams, starting as a super-IC
Empower the design team to deliver great work focused on customers (fintech companies like SoFi, Robinhood) and end-users (50M+ consumers)
Mold and define the team's identity, collaboration, and product-building processes in a fluid environment
Lead design to be a core function driving the company's next chapter and scaling success
Ensure design creates "WTF, how did they do that" moments that feel positive and spooky-good for users interacting with Method's Connect element and APIs
