Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience leading and overseeing design teams, including senior staff and leaders, ideally in a tech company focusing on branding and enterprise application design. A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of branding, design aesthetic, and excellent UX/UI is required, along with fluency in product design trends and leading design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is fluency in English. Responsibilities

The Head of Design will provide creative vision, direction, and leadership for the Design department, building and mentoring a world-class team and overseeing their creative outputs. They will own and develop creative programs and design concepts to meet Remote's creative vision, branding, and business objectives. Responsibilities include championing user-centered design and best practices, leading concept development, setting quality standards, troubleshooting design issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves working on design assets as required and using data and feedback to inform design decisions.
