Requirements
Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in design, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles, preferably within the crypto or fintech sectors, and a portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design excellence in crypto. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required, and further certifications related to blockchain or design thinking are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The Head of Design will lead, mentor, and scale a design team, cultivate a robust design strategy that elevates Token Metrics’ products and positions it at the forefront of the industry, act as the linchpin between design, product, engineering, and marketing teams, champion user research and data-driven design approaches, utilize their understanding of the crypto market to inform design decisions, foster a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the design team, and ensure design principles are seamlessly integrated into product development and brand messaging.
