About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional, results-driven Head of Communications to build and scale mission-critical programs, from exec comms to PR to internal comms. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and you’ll collaborate closely across our Marketing and Executive team to make Cresta an aligned force and well-known brand.

This is your chance to lead the comms strategy at one of the fastest-growing AI companies.

Responsibilities

Executive Communications

  • Develop and manage the voice of the CEO and executive team across keynotes, thought leadership, media, social, and internal engagements.
  • Draft speeches, bylines, and messaging for major moments (funding, product launches, customer events, etc.).

Public Relations & Corporate Communications

  • Lead Cresta’s PR strategy including media relations, agency management, press releases, and crisis communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier tech, business, and trade media.
  • Own proactive storytelling, industry commentary, and news-jacking efforts to grow brand awareness and category leadership.

Internal Communications

  • Build internal comms programs that align the team around our mission, strategy, and culture.
  • Own recurring org-wide comms such as All Hands, newsletters, and major announcements.
  • Partner with People, Product, and GTM teams to cascade key initiatives.

Narrative Development

  • Evolve Cresta’s corporate narrative in line with business goals and industry shifts in deep partnership with product marketing.
  • Ensure consistency across channels, from board decks to blog posts.

Qualifications We Value

  • At least 8 years of communications experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings.
  • Strong network builder to help nurture relationships with key reporters.
