Responsibilities

The Head of Core (Engineering) will lead multiple product engineering teams, establish and maintain 3-month roadmaps aligned with product priorities, and ensure consistent execution across all projects with clear milestones and accountability. This role involves building and scaling teams through hiring, onboarding, and career development, enforcing engineering standards, and providing technical direction while empowering team experts. The individual will coordinate closely with other Engineering Managers and Product Management to deliver cohesive developer experiences across Supabase Core.
