  • Strong strategic visioning for 2-5 year roadmaps in retail aggregators (fintechs, neo-banks, marketplaces)
  • Expertise in product gap analysis and "build vs. partner vs. buy" decision-making
  • Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships with aggregators, PSPs, issuers, and tech platforms
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams
  • Relationship management experience as a senior sponsor for key partnerships
  • Market intelligence capabilities to track competitors (tech giants, marketplaces, challenger banks) and develop GTM strategies
  • M&A and investment experience, including building pipelines for acquisitions, equity stakes, or JVs in the US and globally

Responsibilities

  • Define FalconX’s vision and strategic roadmap for retail aggregators (fintechs, neo-banks, marketplaces) for the next 2-5 years, acting as business owner for the segment
  • Identify white-space in product stack for retail aggregators and assess “build vs. partner vs. buy” to close gaps
  • Source, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships with aggregators, PSPs, issuers, and tech platforms
  • Oversee integrations cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering for seamless partner rollout
  • Serve as senior sponsor and ongoing steward for live aggregator relationships
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence on new entrants and architect proactive GTM motions to win mindshare and volume
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential bolt-on acquisitions, equity stakes, or JVs to accelerate market entry or product breadth in the US and globally
