Responsibilities

Develop and implement short and long term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, risks and competitive trends
Define annual business plans, set financial targets (sales, profit, market share) and manage P&L
Oversee portfolio management including product life cycle strategy and new product launches
Lead sales and marketing teams to deliver operational excellence and revenue growth
Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives and digital transformation within the business unit
Optimize resource allocation and promotional investments based on ROI and market dynamics
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs and institutional partners
Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Finance team to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
Collaborate closely with the global/regional team to localize global strategies and ensure alignment with local market needs
Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams across commercial and cross functional teams
Set clear performance objectives, provide regular coaching and feedback and build succession plans
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation within the organization
Manage the preparation of the Acute consolidated budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them to the Director for approval
