The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries, with strong data analysis skills. They should have experience managing or supporting system implementations, integrations, and configurations for enterprise clients, including designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Proven ability to create clear, user-friendly guides and training materials for non-technical audiences is essential. Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices is required, along with excellent project management skills and fluent English writing and speaking abilities. Experience working remotely is a plus.
The HCM Onboarding Analyst will partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout HRIS implementations, performing data migration, cleansing, and validation activities. They will translate customer needs into technical requirements, map processes, and ensure system requirements are built within the platform. Responsibilities include supporting integration projects, setting up the HRIS system according to customer requirements, and creating customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides. The analyst will also create UAT plans and test scripts, ensure a first-class handover to Business As Usual (BAU) teams, and support hypercare periods as needed.
