Responsibilities

Performs entry-level professional business support and administrative work, increasing in difficulty with training
Assists higher-level personnel in research and analysis on administrative regulations, policies, processes, procedures, systems, methods, reports, and forms
Participates in analytic studies by conducting routine research, identifying samples, assembling, and compiling data
Applies basic statistical analysis techniques or, with instructions, more advanced techniques to analyze data
Assists in writing instructions, procedures, and manuals to describe and improve administrative, technology, and operational methods/systems
Assists in providing technical support and training to departmental staff on business, technology, and operational activities
