Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience, general custodial skills demonstrated through property maintenance or janitorial work, and general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems. They should also be able to adhere precisely to a strict routine maintenance schedule, speak and understand basic English, and exhibit excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with diverse individuals. Preferred qualifications include vocational or technical training and certificates of Fitness – S12, S13, S14, P99.
