Must be able to endure the physical tasks in winter weather conditions

Responsibilities

Assists guests in the Tube Park, starting them down the track and guiding/assisting them at the bottom
Provides a great experience for guests through polite, professional and engaging conversation while ensuring a high level of service
Checks guest tickets to ensure they are visible, properly fastened and within the allotted time
Performs track maintenance and tests tracks daily for safety and reports any issues
Controls the flow of customers within the tracks
Ensures customer safety within the park by following rules and guidelines set by management
Performs snow removal as required
