Responsibilities
Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties implemented by management
Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve performance
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures
Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards
Maintain proper cash levels, prepare deposits, handle lottery, gift cards, and checks
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
