Responsibilities
Oversee employee performance and ensure they fulfill all job duties as directed by management
Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance
Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience
Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Oversee the execution of all guest service programs and processes, ensuring 24/7 operation
Manage all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks
Replenish products to maintain optimal in-stock conditions
Address guest inquiries and complaints effectively
