Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee performance and ensure they fulfill all job duties as directed by management
  • Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance
  • Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
  • Oversee the execution of all guest service programs and processes, ensuring 24/7 operation
  • Manage all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks
  • Replenish products to maintain optimal in-stock conditions
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints effectively
