Responsibilities
Supervise Employees: Oversee employee performance and ensure they fulfill all job duties as directed by management
Employee Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance
Guest Interaction: Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience
Store Operations: Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
Point of Sale: Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards
Cash Management: Maintain proper cash levels and handle cash processes (deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks)
Inventory Management: Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions
Guest Service Programs: Responsible for the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Housekeeping: Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash)
