Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
  • Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards
  • Maintain proper cash levels
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash)
  • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Handle all cash processes (deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks)
  • Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
  • Address guest issues
