Responsibilities

  • Employee Supervision: Supervise employees to ensure they are performing all job duties as implemented by management
  • Employee Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Policy Adherence: Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintain proper cash levels
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
  • Guest Service Programs: Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks
  • Inventory Management: Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and complaints from guests
