Responsibilities
Employee Supervision: Supervise employees to ensure they are performing all job duties as implemented by management
Employee Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance
Guest Interaction: Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Policy Adherence: Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures
Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintain proper cash levels
Store Maintenance: Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Guest Service Programs: Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Cash Handling: Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks
Inventory Management: Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions
Customer Service: Address inquiries and complaints from guests
