Responsibilities

Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties as implemented by management
Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve performance
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintaining proper cash levels
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks
Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
