Responsibilities

  • Guest Greeting & Experience: Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Guest Service: Provide pleasant greetings and parting remarks to all guests
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintaining proper cash and lottery tobacco levels
  • Store Operations: Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
  • Housekeeping: Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
  • Inventory Management: Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns
  • Vendor Checks: Conduct checks of external and internal vendors according to guidelines
  • Gas Inventory & Merchandising: Conduct gas tank inventory and complete merchandising projects as assigned
  • Other Tasks: Complete other tasks as assigned by management
