Candidates need 8+ years of GTM, demand generation, or sales operations experience with 3+ years in leadership, proven expertise in outbound outreach strategy and playbook design, hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, and technical knowledge of outreach deliverability.
You will own GTM outreach strategy, scale the outreach engine with systems and tooling, serve as technical expert on outreach tools and integrations, measure and optimize performance with KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams.
