Requirements

  • 8+ years of GTM, demand generation, or sales operations experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in outbound outreach strategy, including playbook design, campaign architecture, and scaling infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM and automation tools (e.g., Instantly, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, enrichment platforms)
  • Technical knowledge of outreach/deliverability preferred (domain warmup, DNS, email reputation, IP strategy, compliance)
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign ROI, funnel health, and optimization levers
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of scaling GTM operations
  • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM Outreach Strategy: Define the frameworks and playbooks for how Vendelux runs outbound to book meetings for our customers at scale, including ICP targeting, sequencing, personalization, and multi-channel engagement
  • Scale the Outreach Engine: Design and implement systems, processes, and tooling to enable the team to manage outreach at 10x the current scale without sacrificing quality
  • Be the Technical Expert in GTM: Serve as the in-house expert on outreach tooling, data flows, integrations, and automation (e.g., Instantly, n8n, CRMs, enrichment, deliverability tools)
  • Measure & Optimize Performance: Define KPIs and reporting to track the health and ROI of outreach campaigns, driving continuous improvement across funnel metrics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Data, and Customer Success leadership to align GTM outreach with broader company objectives and ensure we hit revenue goals
