Responsibilities
The GTM Proposals Manager will lead end-to-end proposal development for government RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement opportunities. This includes identifying new RFP opportunities, managing multiple concurrent proposals of varying complexity, and coordinating internal stakeholders for comprehensive responses. The role also involves working closely with legal and compliance teams, providing training and coaching on the proposal process, and supporting proposal writing, editing, and feedback. Continuous improvement of the proposal management process, content, tools, and templates is also a key responsibility.
