Passthrough is revolutionizing investor onboarding and fund closing in the private equity and venture capital space. We’ve simplified the process, enabling investors to complete documents in as little as 2 minutes. This GTM Partnerships Lead will play a critical role in driving strategic growth initiatives across all partner channels and throughout the organization, working cross-functionally with partners, their customers, and the Passthrough team to activate, optimize, and scale partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives across all partner channels.
  • Identify and evaluate mutually-beneficial opportunities with partners, their customers, and prospects.
  • Work with partners to create and launch implementation and activation plans for joint Passthrough-partner solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive successful partner outcomes.
  • Become an expert in how and why partners work with Passthrough.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of driving growth within an organization.
  • Experience working with complex, strategic or enterprise accounts with numerous stakeholders and multiple workstreams.
  • Extreme ownership over projects and initiatives.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships tactically and strategically.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with the alternative investment industry is a plus.
