Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning content: Create high-quality, interactive, and instructionally sound eLearning courses, modules, and micro-learnings using authoring tools; develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and interactive simulations; write clear, concise, and engaging scripts, narration, and on-screen text; incorporate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations)
  • Apply instructional design and curriculum development: Use adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to create effective solutions; conduct needs analyses, collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify objectives, define scope, and gather content; develop curriculum plans, learning paths, and assessment strategies; organize content logically for learning and retention
  • Manage and maintain content: Oversee library in LMS and repositories; review and update materials for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness; implement version control and quality assurance
  • Collaborate and communicate: Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, SMEs, and stakeholders for content accuracy and alignment; communicate project status, challenges, and resolutions; solicit and incorporate feedback to improve programs
  • Evaluate and report: Develop evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick's levels); analyze data and report on metrics to show impact; make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Stay current: Research and stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and technologies in instructional design, eLearning, and sales enablement
