Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in Growth/Digital/Marketing departments, with confident English language skills and strong Russian/Ukrainian speaking abilities. A data-oriented mindset, strong analytical capabilities related to user behavior analysis, and user retention strategy development in marketing funnels are also required, along with experience in launching campaigns throughout the user conversion funnel or product optimization.

Responsibilities

The Growth Regional Manager will execute regional growth campaigns in partnership with local and central stakeholders to meet business objectives (KPIs), drive and lead growth marketing promotions across the CIS/CEE, establish marketing best practices using data-driven insights, measure and report critical metrics progress, develop marketing strategies to maximize client value, map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion, monitor campaign progress and results, and act as a driver for platform innovations and community needs solutions.
