The Growth Operations Lead will manage the social media content calendar, coordinate marketing campaigns and creator partnerships, collaborate on promos and in-app messages, analyze support tickets and player behavior to identify pain points, design and execute retention programs, serve as the bridge between customers and product, maintain a feedback loop that fuels product iterations, track KPIs across retention, engagement, and player experience, build processes, and own cross-functional initiatives.
