We are seeking a Growth Operations Lead to act as a central point of contact between brand, marketing, customer service, and product for a rapidly growing online casino startup. This role is ideal for a versatile individual who can manage social media, customer retention, and product feedback, driving brand growth and player engagement. No prior casino experience is required, only a strong work ethic, intelligence, creativity, and the ability to manage and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand:

  • Manage the social media content calendar, coordinating posts, campaigns, and creator partnerships to align with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate on promotional activities, in-app messages, and seasonal offers designed to increase revenue and generate excitement.
  • Contribute to shaping and maintaining the brand identity, ensuring it is consistent, engaging, and appealing across all customer touchpoints.

Customer Retention:

  • Analyze support tickets, chats, and player behavior to identify key pain points and gather feature requests.
  • Develop and implement retention programs, email campaigns, and loyalty initiatives to maintain player engagement and encourage repeat business.

Product & Player Insights:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product team, effectively communicating user feedback with clarity and urgency.
  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop to inform product development and align with the overall growth strategy.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and propose data-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.

Operations & Reporting:

  • Utilize spreadsheets and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention, engagement, and player experience.
  • Establish new processes and continuously improve existing ones.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, acting as a central coordinator for growth-related activities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance, architecture, consulting, or tech.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a creative approach when necessary.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and a proactive "figure it out" mindset.
    • Proficiency in spreadsheet software.
    • Skill in balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues into actionable plans.
