Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across Performance Max, Search, Display, Video, and Demand Gen campaign types
  • Develop and implement AI-informed bidding strategies, creative testing frameworks, and audience segmentation approaches
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce video and image-rich ad creative, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance insights
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and report actionable insights to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager
  • Stay ahead of evolving AI features, automation tools, and platform changes (e.g., Demand Gen campaigns, AI creative generation, Smart Bidding, etc.)
  • Test and scale new creative formats and audience combinations across Google and Microsoft ecosystems
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all campaigns
  • Contribute to broader growth initiatives across marketing channels and help Ownwell stay on the cutting edge of paid media innovation
