Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing campaigns across multiple biddable media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360)
  • Deep understanding of digital media planning, buying, and optimisation best practices
  • Confident analysing campaign data and producing clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong understanding of measurement and tracking, including experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Campaign Manager
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into compelling stories
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and reporting
  • Desirable: Experience mentoring or line managing junior team members
  • Desirable: Familiarity with first-party data strategies and audience segmentation
  • Desirable: Familiarity with dashboarding solutions

  • Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable media plans
  • Staying at the forefront of an evolving digital landscape — testing new technologies, creative formats, and audience strategies to drive innovation
  • Managing relationships with clients, internal teams, and platform partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Reporting on campaign performance and delivering actionable insights that inform future strategies
  • Supporting and upskilling the wider team through training and knowledge-sharing sessions
