Full-Stack Growth Engineer

Candidates should have at least 2 years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth, product, or full-stack development. Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as Python or JavaScript are required, along with experience in web technologies, APIs, and front-end frameworks. A proven track record of implementing technical solutions that drove measurable business growth is essential, as well as strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and SQL. Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, growth metrics, funnel optimization, and user acquisition strategies is preferred, along with proficiency in automation tools and workflow optimization. Experience in a SMB tech company or startup is also preferred.
The Growth Engineer will design and implement technical growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. They will build and maintain the growth tech stack, including analytics tools, testing frameworks, and automation systems. Developing scalable solutions for user segmentation, personalization, and targeted campaigns is key. The engineer will create data pipelines and dashboards to monitor key growth metrics and provide actionable insights, execute rapid A/B tests and multivariate experiments with statistical rigor, and optimize conversion funnels through technical improvements and user experience enhancements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement growth opportunities and staying current with technical growth trends is also expected.
