Requirements

The Group Portfolio Program Manager, Merchandising requires experience in managing a team comprised of portfolio managers, program managers, and/or scrum masters, including building and leading a world-class team, goal setting, assigning team members to programs and initiatives, and managing the ongoing allocation and performance of the team. The role also necessitates managing third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and resources to meet staffing needs beyond the core team, and collaborating with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate the planning and execution of defined outcomes and priorities.

Responsibilities

This position involves leading the execution of digital road maps, establishing and managing business processes, programs, and initiatives, resource allocation, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and governance activities; defining the execution plan to disseminate innovative capabilities across the businesses; managing identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with complex programs or initiatives, escalating these where appropriate, and developing solutions to overcome these; managing the production of program plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized and resourced to deliver program objectives, and comply with the organization’s program management framework; overseeing the planning and delivery of review processes across area of responsibility to ensure that key stakeholders are informed.
