Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or all Engineering related or related experience
Required experience in similar position: 1 or more years
Intermediate English, able to hold a conversation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in personnel supervision
Available to change shifts (4x3)

Responsibilities

Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives
Guides one of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives
Communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers
Supports relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers
Understands and assesses complex supply chain issues and leads teams in a cross functional environment to successfully resolve issues minimizing impacts to vehicle production
Assesses supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production
Collaborates cross functionally to develop creative solutions
Summarizes critical issues with resolutions and communicates to leadership
Handles very complex capacity constraint issues to resolution with goal to eliminate potential plant disruptions and reduce premium transportation
Analyzes metrics supporting supplier critical issues or sufficiency plan resolution
Is flexible and at times works extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution
Travels to plant locations when required for onsite support of launch and build-out
Problem tackles complete issues and implements new and innovative strategies
Deep understanding of Supply Chain functions
