Responsibilities

  • Set the vision for the Global KYC Onboarding platform that makes onboarding safe, efficient, and scalable across all regions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Group Product Manager, Engineering Lead, Analytics Lead, researchers, and content designers within the squad
  • Bridge global and local needs by collaborating with design leaders across regional teams (Europe, APAC, Americas)
  • Transform complex regulatory space by designing experiences that balance compliance requirements with smooth user experiences
  • Build the foundation for a platform that saves operational costs and reduces friction for legitimate customers
  • Solve problems at massive scale impacting millions of customers and internal teams
  • Pioneer platform design thinking in fintech compliance, creating reusable patterns across diverse regulatory environments
  • Inspire and empower a growing team of designers across Personal Onboarding, Business Onboarding, and future Platform partner teams
