  • Excellent graphic design, visualization, typographic, production and personal management skills
  • Keen sense of graphic design aesthetics/sharp eye for design and composition
  • Background in corporate brand design
  • Seamlessly collaborate with motion graphic designers and video producers
  • Thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent file and project management
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Experience working cross functionally with a variety of collaborators
  • Ability to think independently and brainstorm creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (templates, animations)
  • Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field
  • Open to learning and researching new AI design tools
  • 5+ years design experience

Responsibilities

  • Design a variety of projects including graphics for education marketing videos, presentations, social media, email marketing, infographics, and event design
  • Take projects from concept through final delivery with oversight from Art Director and Design Manager
  • Collaborate seamlessly with mid-level designers, ensuring alignment
  • Ensure a smooth workflow between our Costa Rica and U.S. based designers by providing assistance to Jr. level onsite designers
  • Efficiently handle workload, interact with stakeholders, communicate project status, and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Follow branding guidelines and effectively communicate design decisions
  • Mentor Junior level designers in alignment with the Art Director and Design manager
