Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or ad-focused environment, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools, a solid grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, and a strong portfolio showcasing static ads, social media graphics, or digital marketing materials. It is a nice to have if the candidate has interest or experience using AI tools in the creative process and a background working with DTC or e-commerce brands.
The Graphic Designer will design static ad creatives tailored for digital campaigns across platforms, participate in concepting and creative review calls to contribute ideas and iterate on designs, incorporate AI tools into design workflows, apply team feedback to continually improve creative output, and stay organized and maintain clean design files and asset versions.
