Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced environment, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of design craftsmanship across a variety of formats: presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, OOH, event materials, and digital media
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features such as animations, transitions, templates, and master slides
Familiarity with interactive content creation tools and animation software
Excellent organizational, time management, and proofing skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours to meet critical deadlines
Experience with Figma, AEM, Ceros, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

Interpret and apply brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all creative outputs, including print, digital, events, and social media
Design visually engaging slide presentations (various sizes and formats) using both Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, incorporating animations, transitions, and custom visuals
Create supporting visual assets such as charts, graphs, infographics, and custom illustrations that enhance storytelling and comprehension
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, event, content and product teams to deliver high-impact visual content for internal and external use
Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines, prioritizing effectively to meet tight turnarounds
Ensure final deliverables are error-free, polished, and adhere to brand and quality standards through meticulous proofing
Maintain an organized workflow using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to track progress and communicate status updates
Contribute to a collaborative team culture while being comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
