Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in grant writing, tenders, or funding applications
Experience in technical proposal writing, including responding to complex government and private sector funding requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven track record of successful grant applications and winning tenders
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
(Nice to Have) Large multinational corporations (MNCs) or international NGOs experience is a plus
(Nice to Have) Knowledge of Australian funding and regulatory frameworks related to aged care and disability services is highly desirable but NOT required
(Nice to Have) Experience in working with AU-based organisations, NGOs, or social enterprises is an advantage

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of grants and tenders, including research, writing, editing, submission, and post-submission follow-up
Identify, research, and assess relevant grant opportunities and tender processes at local, state, federal, and international levels
Develop, write, and edit clear, compelling, and persuasive grant proposals, tenders, and other funding applications
Review and analyse client tender documentation, defining deliverables, deadlines, and response requirements
Develop project plans and submission schedules to meet grant and tender deadlines
Manage templates, formatting, proofreading, and submission requirements for all funding documents
Maintain a comprehensive grants and tenders library, improving processes and content development strategies
Track, report, and provide ongoing analysis of grant and tender performance, including feedback and recommendations for improvement
Identify potential partnership opportunities for joint applications and collaborations
