Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate a deep understanding of global education and policy-making landscapes, along with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively influence policy and procurement outcomes. Experience in government affairs and policy advocacy is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the APAC region.

Responsibilities

The Government Affairs Manager, APAC will be responsible for building relationships across APAC national policymakers, education leaders, and staff, informing policy and regulations in education, technology, and other pertinent areas, expanding visibility of Instructure, identifying market creation opportunities, and building internal expertise on APAC policy issues. This includes developing and executing Instructure’s APAC federal public affairs strategy, managing government affairs go to market, monitoring legislation, and coordinating internal policy input processes, as well as engaging in consortia and policy groups.
